Yes. You do not need to create an account or pre-register to book an appointment online. Simply fill in your name, mobile number, and the appointment details. A unique booking ID is generated for your visit, which serves as your reference at the hospital.
You can call our helpline at +91-98765-43210 or visit the reception with your booking reference ID to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations made up to 2 hours before the appointment are completely free of charge. For same-day cancellations, please call us directly.
Please carry a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, or passport), your booking reference ID (shown in the confirmation), any previous medical reports or prescriptions relevant to your condition, and your insurance card or TPA details if applicable. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early.
Absolutely. You can book for any family member or dependent. Simply enter the patient's details (name, age, gender) during the booking process, along with your contact number for the confirmation alert. The booking ID will reference the patient's name.
We accept cash, all major debit and credit cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, BHIM), net banking, and insurance/TPA cashless claims. The online booking itself is free — consultation fees are payable at the hospital reception on the day of your visit.
